Beautiful setting and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and Beautifully decorated. Not to mention their scrumptious breakfast. Even dinner can be requested. Perfect place for a weekend break, long stay or for work. Will definitely be back.

We had a booking somewhere else and was not happy with it the pictures they had on the website was not how it looked at all. We went to Alicia' s and they assisted us immediately. The rooms was nice clean and lots of space we had free Wi-Fi Netflix DSTV. The breakfast was fantastic. The hospitality was out of this world could not asked for better. I can definitely recommend Alicia's with a open heart. If you ever look for a Bu0026B in the area don't look further Alicia's is the place to go.

This is one of the best bnbs I've stayed at. It was clean, safe, quiet, free WiFi, friendly staff (Thandi was amazing) and our host, Joseph was excellent.

I'll definitely be coming back. Its such value for money, close to major amenities and perfect for a little getaway.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The place is really beautiful, and I would 100% recommend, and stay again. The room was beautiful and well laid out, and has everything that might require. Great place to stay.

Very comfortable room and is very close to the university. Breakfast was not too great but the people working there was super helpful in organizing dinners on my behalf from nearby restaurants. Parking was safe but quite uncomfortable. Very little space available. Can easily bump your car if not careful.

Excellent , efficient, friendly, reliable and affordable stay at Alicia bed and breakfast .Thank you to Joseph for amazing assistance and for all your kidness from fetching me from the airport to dropping me of to classes i had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend this Bu0026B they are close to Unisa and shops.????
