Friendly staff and they very helpful! They can work on employing more staff as they are short staffed.
People in the back is only seeing to drive in customers. The restaurant part is not being seen too and no assistance for the
Mr Delivery Service. Waited 35min in the reception area for a large chips, dunked wings and ice cream. Only one lady at the till, packing food....

We love this space otherwise ????
Please employ more staff of different races too.

Arrived and went to go through the drive through. Waited for 10 minutes and the line didn’t budge at all so we decided to go inside instead. Big mistake - took 40 minutes to get our food - it’s not fast food if you wait the same amount of time to go into a restaurant! Besides that, our order of 3 meals was just sitting around on the counter. We told them that was our order but they said we would be assisted shortly but they took forever. Also messed up our order - got the wrong wrap and there was tomato even after asking for no tomato. Very disappointing - a waste of time, and wouldn’t even bother coming to this KFC again.

We live about 15km from this branch but the food is so consistently good we pass about 5 KFC branches on our way to this one. I wish every branch served finger lickin' good KFC like this one, i hope the staff keep up the good work so we can keep coming back for more

The food we got was incredibly fresh and nice. They followed our instructions well. They were a bit slow but great food made up for it

The entire franchise has been revamped to the latest look and feel. What's great is the new self service stations, and generally speaking the experience at this outlet has significantly improved. Hoping they keep it going

Not happy at all! Went through the drive through and one of the ladies told me and my friend to wait in the parking for our orders. We waited 28 min and decided to go in, my order was ready but not my friends. We got our orders and went back to work just for me to see they gave me the wrong burger so I had to drive back. They also made mistakes with other people'sorders... the staff did not know what was what and it was very disorganized not going back again
