Burger King Allen's Nek (Drive-thru)

The cashier was highly enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with ... However what i expected and what i got is amazing... Apart from completely different to the promo pic to the nth degree. It was very tasteless ... I tasted more raw onion than anything else... Like 6 months ago the burger came in a box, juicy and was delicious. What you selling now is a snack burger ... Not BIG King!

The cashier in the drive through got our order completely wrong and didn't read our order back to us. Not a single thing other than the mountain dew was correct. We got home and checked our burgers and chips that we swapped for the bacon covered chips. All three meals were incorrect even the loaded fries were jalapeño instead of bacon. We went back to correct the meals and even after (having to pay in to get the correct order) the manager assisted us and was very nice about the situation but the burgers were still incorrect once we got home. Our fierce whopper was a normal whopper with 2 measly jalapeños and no onion rings. This burger king has put a very sour taste in my mouth and this is not the first time this specific burger King has not been able to correctly complete our order. They also didn't give us any mayo - and the bk mayo is something my family will fight each other over ???? overall bad experience upon bad experience from this burger King. Someone needs to address this because you guys are losing customers because you don't carry the care factor other drive through establishments have. They weren't that busy the 2 times we were there yesterday so that can't be an excuse.

Please hire staff that can actually take an order or upgrade your systems?
Staff are ignorant and make you wait at the pay window so the timer in between checkout and collect doesn't count the 15 minutes you have to wait
And while your waiting even better the staff sit and have lovely conversations, food comes burnt very disappointing ????
There should be a manager on site to keep staff in order I'm not saying the can't communicate but not at the expense of clients time and petrol.
Anyway head office you know what needs to be done I'm sure you guys require a metric with all your staff I don't even think these ones could do simple addition to add 1 extra burger, it takes 5 minutes for the oak to understand I'm sure I'm not the only frustrated and disappointed customer or maybe I caught your staff on the wrong night I don't know it's not a burger king I'd visit again

The food is exactly what I want and expect it to be. The staff, however, is slow, uncoordinated and you often have to park even after going through the drive through. Also, I have often had them take down my order wrong or had them swap orders with me and another car, which is honestly not just inconvenient, but unbelievably incompetent. The only reason I still go back there is because I like the food. They definitely need some new, better management.

This is the worst BK I've been to. It's close to us so we always make the mistake of going there. They never have any mayo sachets, refuse to give extra mayo in a cup even if I pay for it and never know the prices of the food we want to buy. Staff are always very friendly however, but I can't be happy with good service if the food is always a mess/not what you paid for. I always feel like I've wasted my money after I've been here.

The food is always fresh and the ppl who work here are friendly even when they are under pressure. They have never gotten my order wrong or even forgotten a things ???? the best this is they also sell vegan food and have quite a verity. I like this 1 more than other Burger King branches

The service was great and the food was marvelous but the kitchen staff were yelling so loudly that I couldn't hear anyone talking.

This time I was kept waiting an awfully long time while four members of staff debated something they were looking at on the cash till. But would I go back? In a heartbeat. They are a thousand percent better than the Burger King next to Westgate.
