No hospitality from the staff, u have to look for them just to open the gate. Typical Kasi business attitude. Otherwise the rooms were fine, just the experience was very cold and boring staff don't care attitude

One of their rules is that guest need to reduce noise levels but they don't adhere to their own rules. Noise levels from dinning area from 9pm till 12am, I called to complain about the noise at 10:30pm but it continued regardless. No sense of respect whatsoever. The room itself wasn't entirely clean though the bathroom and bedding was.

Very bad first impression,noone to check us out. Had to wait about 30minutes for them to open the gate. Was planning on making it a 5night stay but couldn't stand the treatment. Was there on the 15th Aug 2020.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Cosmo city is a very nice place.i enjoy staying here, esp when i visit areas such as fourways,it's very nice mall i ever seen...

Great accommodation with well furnished rooms.. Unfortunately, the yards are unpaved u0026 narrow

A cheap and clean guests house for a stay of 1 or 2 night's. The room's are well equipped (even with aircon) but definitely too small (especially the bathroom). Very friendly and helpful staff members.
