I can't understand how you allow pets in these units with such a small yard and with the units on top of each other.Dogs are always barking and privacy is pretty much null.

Body Corp is doing a good job, well managed. Security is good. Clean, peaceful, well maintained. A couple of complexes within the estate, so entering as a visitor can be a waiting game during busy times. Also a bit of a nightmare getting to your destination in peak time traffic. I'll buy/live there with confidence.

The building I was at is my siblings residence. There is not much maintenance done. There are chunks of cement missing on the outer buildings. There is always electricity outages, this is not loadshedding included.

In close proximity to shops, malls, restaurants, parks. Ideal for kids. Suitable for walking, cycling and jogging. Also very peaceful and tranquil environment. Security is 24 by 7.
