Received the most friendly customer service from Shounes ever!!!! I bought a Picanto but she was making so much of a big deal as if I'm buying a luxury car! She makes sure that a customer is 100% happy!

Used to love this branch and their customer service. Bought 3 cars from them but the last car was an absolute disaster. The entire sale was filled with lies and really bad customer service. Will try and get some answers from Kia South Africa and see if it goes anywhere. Really dissapointed.

I'm highly disappointed I took my car to kia roodepoort and the mechanic spilled oil in my engine bay and they stole my magnet phone stand. Please avoid washing our cars because my paint is full of swirl marks now????????????
