Absolutely appalling service and I would not recommend you use them for anything. They took 3 weeks to resolve a timing cover leak and gave me false updates. After getting the car back I needed to replace my tires, it's found that they had cross threaded the studs and it will need to be broken off to do so. They don't even have the studs I need. Now I have to take the car back to another service centre to resolve something they carelessly caused, and I cannot replace my tires which I needed done urgently because I need to make another booking to get this resolved.

Unfortunately I have to change my previous high review after a very disappointing work on my car. My car went for brakes replacement which was done on time 4 weeks ago however they are still having a screeching sound when I have to turn, I called the service consultant who said they will be like this for few days because they’re still new, its 4 weeks later still the same. Toyota called me about the service and I told them I'm not satisfied and they said someone from this branch will call me back to sort it out, well 4 weeks later no call, nothing. I will never used this branch ever again.

Really disappointed with the used car department. I was told i would be notified when, the vehicle i was interested in, returned from a polish and scratch repair. I wasn't notified and when i followed up the vehicle had been sold.
