We love Kloofendal for our Sunday afternoon walks. Other parks are bigger, but Kloofendal is a quiet and safe place for a walk with the family. There is security at the gate.
Several activities like a tour through the gold mine and bird walks are organized every month, and they are posted at the car park info sign.
There is a bird hide at the dam.

Beautiful place, has got braai facilities, ablution facilities very clean and well taken care of. 8 planets of the solar system are featured there, very interesting for leaners. Very good for hiking, walking, and picnicking. Security is good. No music, no alcohol is allowed. And to think that it's free entry..... Wooow, it's amazing. This place is a must see.... you won't regret it.

An amazing hiking trail for all ages an fitness levels. There are 3 to 4 paths you can pick from to hike from easy to more strenuous. For those who like a challenge should try mixing the trails for an even more special experience.

Special activities for children can be booked online or through the call center.

Beautiful loving nature also a great spot for hiking even if you want to spend some alone or with loved ones peacefully it's the place to be
