The facilities are great, modern decor, great mood music in the common areas, good wifi, comfortable sleep quality and breathtaking views of the mountains and surroundings. That’s as far as it goes.
The service is nil to non existent. The staff respond to service requests like one is bothering them. The staff needs to go on service training urgently. There was a point where we sat at the restaurant for over an hour without anyone attending to us. The monkeys even managed to invade the bar because there’s was absolutely no one looking after guests or the restaurant and bar area. The quips and exclamations that the stuff make when one is asking for anything are quite shocking and condescending. The service and staff is the reason I will never set foot at that place. Will neither recommend it to anyone unless they are really pressed for bad service ????

I was there for dinner with my colleagues. They were booked in for the night.

The location is lovely. The building is clean.

The waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu, could not inform us of the items available on the buffet. Would dissappear for extended periods. We ordered two bottles of wine. The bottles were placed on the table and we had to open them ourselves and serve ourselves.

The food was flavourful and the portions were generous.

All in all, the experience could have been better. The service received from the staff would have made a big impact resulting in a better rating.

Beautiful place to stay, I really enjoyed the activities that are offered by GZ Adventures and the spa. Was disappointed with the food, the staff at reception and the restaurant staff. The lady at the reception couldn’t careless about what issues we had regarding our room, we couldn’t even call room service because the phone in our room was not working and they did nothing about it after we reported it to them. The restaurant staff are all over the place, hard to find them when you need their assistance, we had to get up from our table to ask for assistance.
Lovely resort but your staff not so much.

The water from the shower was not hot in my room. The dinner was terrible, the beef was hard as a rock. Did not enjoy the food. Kindly improve on your cooking. Otherwise the room was stunning and spacious, bedding was clean.

We went for a relaxing 1 night stay.
Room wasn't ready when we received our keys after 3pm.
Mattress on 1 bed was collapsed and had to be replaced.
Restaurant Service, shocking. We ordered from the A la carte menu, food was very disappointing, if you go rather eat the carvery.
Spa was very nice

Clean rooms. Peaceful stay. The staff welcoming and friendly. Wow not to mention the breakfast buffet enjoyed every bit of it. My only one let down was the the buffet dinner. It was not appetizing at all. When they said buffet I though they will be serving rosts,grilled fish and the likes. Go for alacarte menu rather.

The place has become a former shade of itself. Standards have dropped drastically, and the restaurant has been greatly affected. Father's day lunch was below par. Still the same old furniture. Wine list with most items not available. The place needs to get out of autopilot mode very quickly, otherwise....
