Good service. Checked my tires, oil and water levels. Even washed my wind screen.

This use to be such a great place. Always use to get very quick and efficient service at the pumps, and always with a big smile. Today I stood next to the pump for almost 10 minutes before anyone assisted, and it felt like I woke him from a nap (might have been over worked). This, even when the garage seemed quite on arrival (and the afternoon before a 91 cent increase).
And I'd rather not mention the fact that Wimpy staff that just are not interested in keeping their tables clean once customers leave.
Please, I know this place can do better.

Toilets are not fit for use.
Stench is so bad, that you can't enter.
Left to find alternative restroom.

Such a let down. Use to be a very convenient stop

As I am a Technician travelling the country, I dont carry any cash or cards as this holds a risk. I use zapper or snapscan. On entering the store at Rudan 1 stop I saw they have snapscan on wich I asked the cashier does their snapscan work. Before I could finish my question she said that their snapscan doesnt work because its not registered. Why have tools to do the job, but its not in working order. If I have not asked I would have stood inline like a fool that could not purchase the food and coldrinks I would have purchased. So please if something doesnt work, put up a sign that says it doesn't work. I see this as poor customer service.
