If their chillie burger was a human I will marry it. Absolutely in love. Juicy, fresh and my taste buds go zoom bada boom and it taste like MORE and MORE and MORE. Really impressed.

At the time was the only Burger King in town and the first one in North-West.

The service I experienced was snappy and the items I received were correctly made.

Sitting inside the restaurant was nice as they offered free refills from their soda fountain.

The WiFi did not seem to work, the password they gave on their slip did not register as correct.

Re-Fried chicken. Dry and hard on the outside and inside.Definately a health risk! Stay away from the wings!

First impression- place busy on a Saturday evening telling you that it is popular which is a good sign, since people will not que for a good reason. Then… terrible service. The person taking the order doesn’t understand basic arithmetic in English. Messes up my order, came home and some items were not packed. My whole order was R620 with about 30% error! The only reason I am rating a two, is because the food is delicious, the packaging is quality and the cups does not leak the coldrinks. I am tempted to buy because of the taste experience, but will walk out if I have to place the order at someone like the one who couldn’t help me in English. The in-proficient service does harm to the brand.

Yesterday was my 1st time to buy from this particular branch since i recently relocated. I was disgusted by the service i was given at the front desk. The lady was very rude on 2 accassions. 1stly i needed assistance in knowing the varieties of the kids menu and all she said was look at the board youself. Ok fine that went past and after waiting for my order for about 20mins of which i realised it was because it was a busy day i found her on the order collection side and asked her how far my order is but she continued with the rude attitude of not responding. The customer next to me also commented on her attitude. I demanded for a response and even regretted doing that because she was arrogantly responded what i did not even figure out what she said. I did eventually get my order from her still but all i can say is because of that she has made me think twice about going to this particular branch. Hoping the staff can be trained on proper client service.

I am quite used to burger king being busy, and normally patient while waiting for my food. But on friday 2nd of September at around mid day i was really dissapointed in this burger king. The tables were left dirty and we had to look around for a table that is clean enough to eat by. The lady calling out orders actually screamed the entire time we were there. And not just orders...she was screaming and joking around with other staff members aswell. And first time EVER that i had to wait 20 min for an order! I actually timed them from when my order was taken untill it was handed to me. And it was just the R110 double whopper meal.Overall experience not in line with what i am uaed ro from butger king. And i visit burger king aall over the country. Maybe do a check on how burger king blouberg or burger king the grove dows things. I will not be visiting this branch again. Pity. Unfortunately residing here now.

Month end very busy but they have the top up drinks while you wait drink as much as you want while you wait that's lekker
