The worst courier company ever. The Driver was so rude he did not even greet me , just talked on his cellphone the entire time and after i have signed he grabbed the papers and pen from me STILL TALKING ON THE CELLPHONE, and left.

Very slow service they expected us to leave the package and go they will complete the transaction later. This was not on at all so we insisted that we will wait for them to complete the transaction. They were more worried about what they are going to do over the holidays than helping us.

I have made contact with Fast way for a quote and received a quote from them. I was very happy with the price and proceeded to make the payment. Upon receipt of payment i asked the lady very nicely when they will pick up the parcel and she gave me a whole bunch of stick and attitude i have never in my life met a person that is so ruse with customers and she is the customer service operator. I am really upset as i was very friendly to her and she just bombs you with attitude.

MY PACKAGE WAS PICK UP IN PRETORIA TO RUSTENBURG,5 DAYS LATER AND IT IS STIL MISSING SOMEWHERE.I PHONE NUMERIOUS TIMES,ALL I GET IS PROMISES AND NOTHING ELSE.MY PREVIOUS PARCEL WAS DELIVERED AT WRONG ADRESS,NO HELP RECIEVED FROM
FROM FASTWAY.I THINK THEY MUST BE CALLED SLOWWAYS.VERY POOR SERVICE.
