So we ordered food for supper F13 and F15.Chose Large chips was given Large Salad.then in my F15 there was no Fish?
I called the store spoke to the manager on duty Masego Absolutely Pathetic.Did not want to help me.refused to bring me a new meal.When I asked if she would compensate me for my petrol to come back to the store.She refused.Well Masego YOU FAILED TO DO YOUR WORK.Had you packed my order correctly I wouldnt be in this situation. In closing I told her I would be bringing her rice n onions rings.I want a full refund.Dont bother from buying from this branch.its better to get from Fishaways at the Square.Masego if I could rate your service as a manager. You would get a perfect 0

Order through Mr. Delivery for pickup. The order was jot ready for pickup was 15min late. In addition one of the cooks was not wearing their hairnets and masks were not worn properly. No hand sanitizer was available at their hand wash basin, and manager was seen washing hands without soap. The shop also did not smell right like other fishaways in other regions I have visited. Would definitely recommend an internal franchise audit.

so I ordered food online with no hassles (great)... problem was when we collected the food. the bad attitude we received today was unmatched!! normally the service is great but today I don't know what happened. we are not asking for smiles but good customer service. we do pay for the food right? nonetheless the food was great as always, lets just work on the customer service. (3 stars for the food)

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 55minutes for my take away. Went in twice to ask for my order and cashier told me it's not ready. Shocking this so called service

Poor service, waited over an hour for our food and when we got home everything we ordered was not in the bags. This is not the first time this happens to us but it is definitely the last time as we will not order from them again. While we were waiting for our order another lady who ordered telephonically/online came to pick up her order and they gave her order to someone else. They told her to wait 25 minutes for them to prepare another order. The lady cancelled the order because what's the use of phoning in and still have to wait.
