They also offer delivery services, meaning you can order and get your food while it's still hot and fresh, at the comfort of your own home.

Service was terribly disgusting. Rude, unmannered, noisy staff. Fail to listen to what a customer asks for. The food was average, quality of rump steak was poor, as if the cow was beaten to death with a sledge hammer. The food is cheap, but not worth it for the price. Eat in is a definite no. No tap, nowhere to wash your hand, no covid protocols, no sanitizer, unhygienic. Wouldn't recommend eating here. A pie from the garage will be more satisfying.

We went there last night. We waited more than 5 Minutes before we were helped although we were the only ones ordering. When we finally got recognised the lady was very rude. We did not get her name but she has dreadlocks.

The food is below average. Ordered wings and chips. They look and taste bad.

Waiting 1 hour for medium chips, 2 rolls and hot sauce. This is unacceptable and very poor service. The shop itself is very dirty.

The establishment needs help. Their chips is the only thing I can say was good.

I waited over an hour for my food. A family that arrived some time after I place my order for their food, finished their meals and left while I waited for a chicken and salad.

The were 4 other complaints as I was requesting my refund and some people are not served with the same dignity. I was told to wait so they can sort out another complainant that came a while after me.

In a nutshell, horrendous service and selective servicing.

I'm a regular Grill Boys customer. I order meals using the Mr Delivery app. From my experience, Grill Boys delivers quality meals. The quantity/size/portion of meals is more compared to what you would expect from a similar meal in the same price range at other restaurants. PS: The "Double Tuesday burger and Chips Special" is the best
