Used drive thru but waited at parking for bloody 15min for my order. Had to go in store to enquire about my order. Next thing when we opened the food, not what we ordered. Items missing. That time we've drove away out of town. Extreme poor service

The worst KFC ever!!!! Service was so bad Neo is so bad, needs people skilled, gave me a wrong order and proceeded to undermine me, wow the arrogance, when I told her this is the wrong order, she just looked at my slip and proceeded with another client, when I wanted to speak to the manager she proceeded with no care in the world, the manager Listen to her story instead of mine, what a circus, they only apologised when I told them that I'll be writing a review but I'll never buy or would I refer someone!!!!

This KFC in Rustenburg is super efficient, service is amazing and the staff and friendly. This place gives a practical meaning of the word fast food....love Their style of work!

I used KFC app to order my lunch, I arrived an hour later but my order was still not yet attended.. I had to wait to for another 30min so on they can fix my order. What's the point to order online if you can't get your order in time.

Very good and clean ???? with nice speaking staff and good service that gave unto customers .
That's what I noticed for the second time I visited the place .
