Terrible service. Only good service was from the ladies who were helping us use the self order machines. Slow service and our nuggets came 15 minutes after our food.

No.1 I think this is the slowest macdonald drive through I've ever been to in this country!! 30 minutes is ridiculous really!! I mean the guy at the paypoint was even asking his colleagues what's the hold up???
No.2 I was sold the worst macflurry ever... The oreos were just floating on top of the ice-cream, I'm sure if there was wind it would have been blown off!!!

The conduct of your staff is trash. Your manager is terrible and does not know how to resolve issues. She is terrible she is as bad as the staff member who has an attitude..... Bottom line i know it wont affect your business but personally i will not support a business that treats people like they dont matter. Im sure if i was white i would have been treated better.... that does not help me because it seems that you are passing the buck to someone else so you don't have to deal with the incompetency of your staff. My bad experience was at your establishment not online. accountability is important. I don't feel the link you referred me too will help my experience in anyway. I will not be coming to you restaurant any longer. I work hard for my money and I will not spend it where im not wanted. Thank you Alfred Phiri
