Dr Pretorius..a huge thankyou for being sympathetic to my suffering and helping me smile again. Sr Brenda a true Angel. Thankyou for the TLC. To the staff, thankyou for being friendly and helpful. The Manager, Pharmacist and front desk staff..thankyou for the kind words and advice on how to use the meds correctly. I'm on my way to recovery because of a professional team from the top down. Made a appointment with a dr then waited 2HOURS to see the dr. They said I must draw blood so I asked if I could come the next morning and they insisted I do it then because it was urgent. Well,it was so urgent its been more than 12 hours and I still didn't hear anything back. They even lost my file in reception and spent more than 30 min looking for it. Really bad experience

Like all medical facilities this facility is also functioning under huge pressure .
The compliance to Covid 19 Protocol is time consuming and registration process seems to be under pressure as result of administrative procedure etc. This could take a bit longer than anticipated.

However the doctor end medical staff are extremely efficient and effective.
Patients are being treated with the utmost respect, dignity and patience by all.
I would like to mention Dr Lucas Grunewald for his exceptional and unconditional commitment to providing the best service possible.
It is rare to find such dedication and commitment to service excellence and the passion for the wonderful service under these difficult and pressurised circumstances.
Dr Grunewald provides services far beyond the expectations that a patient would normally expect.
Thank you doctor Grunewald for the empathy, support and caring.
It is appreciated by us all.
