Been here several times because of the drive thru convenience. But I’m always left disappointed. If their meat is not dry then it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Their food is not pleasant at all. One at Magalies is way better

absolutely pathetic service. i placed an online order. after reaching my residence the order was not what i paid for and parts of the order was missing.i contacted the manager and he refused to help me. insisted i come back to the store which is a 40km trip. now customers must drive extra trips because the employees want to stand and talk stories with other employees instead of packing the orders correctly and the manager refuses to assist telling me i should consume the food. never again from platinum square

In this Nando's is fairly the best one in South Africa!!!????????It has a modern design and the toilets are exceptionally clean

It has a drive thru that is very fast but very good too.

I would recommend it for the whole family. The food is even better!!!

I love this Nandos, the customer service there is top notch. They respect customers. The place is beautiful inside. Love, love it.

Placing the order was a challenge all of its own. The chicken pita hot with extra mayo was dry, with barely any mayo at all
The lemon and herb chicken salad was too hot for my daughter to eat.
The chicken was dry, the pita stale.

Worst Nandos experience ever.
