As I’m writing this it’s 00:45 and I’m in my room sick. They don’t have medication or first aid incase of emergency. The lady asked me to walk to the garage in my bad state at this time so I just came back to bed instead. I wish they at least had a proper duvets and blankets. The beds have 1 linen and a thin blanket (check picture I just took).

Was really not nice . No power when I checked in , lady at reception assured me generators will be switched on soon. I had no problem with this as electricity is beyond their control.Wasnon a business trip and desperately needed to get some work done. No candles , no back up lights nothing was offered. When I woke up 5 Am the next morning had to take a ice cold shower as no generator was ever switched on. As soon as the sun was up I checked out with no apology or anything. Very disappointed and will never go again.

The overall stay was fine, but felt like those sheets need to be replaced, they have seen the sun enough type of situation and add an extra blanket without one calling requesting it.

I stayed there for 2 nights over the weekend, customer service is very bad, the lady working at the reception is very rude and doesn't respect customers. I would never come back again because of the service

Vehicle security is perfect
Welcome reception is so warm
Rooms are good just needs improvement on blanket system, place additional in room

Stayed over for two nights on a business trip.

The rooms are small but adequate. Some people might find the showers a bit cramped.

They offer dinner packages but more than half of the options were out of stock. They only have 4 food and 7 pizza options to start with. Not suitable for people with different dietary needs.

The hallway smelled like smoke. The hallway smelled like smoke two years ago as well.

The reason for their third star is that they attempt to lessen their single use plastic footprint, which I think is very responsible and I applaud them for that.

Bed cover had alot of stains on it and there was no coffee in the room other than that no issues staff are very helpful
