Absolutely disgusted by the service Sizzlers rendered today. It is common decency to give proper information to one's customers, and to speak politely to them.
I placed an order at your Midas branch today, and not once during that call did anyone tell me that the Midas branch was closed, after having confirmed twice that I was speaking to the Midas branch.
When I then called later to inquire why the branch was closed, I was met with extremely aggressive behaviour from the woman that answered.
Not only did she raise her voice and start insulting me, she shifted the blame onto me and proceeded to call me a liar.
Had this been any, any, other restaurant or take away, the manager would have swallowed their pride and compensated the customer, even if it was merely apologising.
I would like to enforce upon Sizzlers the golden law of service businesses: "The customer is always right".
This is not the first time that I have been sorely disappointed by Sizzlers. You can count on me, my vast family and friends not ever buying from you again.
