This is the worst place ever, the food is cold like it was prepared the previous and put inside the fridge for the whole night
They even sell very cold chakalaka with ice crystals as a sign of being too long in the fridge, I personally do not recommend this place

Worst service, the bartenders are very unprofessional, Maybe they treat us the way they treated me and my friends thinking that we drunk. People you can't mess with our money like that, you can't rob us the money that we work so hard for. We were Charged R30 for ice backet, they didn't even let us know there's a charge for that. That's really not cool. every sent count for some of us.

They place very nice music but their food is not really nice especially their meat. It tastes like it's prepared in the morning and served 8 hours later. What they do is put a lot of sauce on it to hide the "almost rotten" smell.

Uptown Shisanama can actually do better. They make customers pay R30 for hiring of an ice bucket and they say it's non-refundable - How crazy is that? Why don't they then let customers bring their own ice buckets then?.
