Just nonsense guest house...with the caretaker or whatsoever you call that,he is so rude.
I won't recommend it to anyone. Everything is just not okay with that place

False advertising. I booked 2 deluxe rooms. The one room is positively disgusting. No hot water. Mould on the roof. Broken fan. Dirty. The extensive menu is non existant. This is NOTHING like the advertising. How they manage to stay on booking agents books is beyond me. NEVER AGAIN. this place cannot even be rated. It's appalling

This was the most horrific guesthouse hotel experience I’ve had in my life. COMPLETE false advertising. Mold on the ceilings, wallpaper coming off the walls, completely broken shower with no hot water, not a single hook in the bathroom that wasn’t broken. The level of FILTH is indescribable. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down due to being a health hazard. And that’s not even to mention the ongoing construction??

False advertising. It looked nothing like how it was in the pictures, the roof on the 2nd floor had caved in, we were afraid for our lives. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe so we opted to leave. There was a prayer session going on and the participants were quite loud. The manager was vague and uninformative.

You wait forever by the gate... It took over 10 minutes to let us in... Twice. You buzz in but nothing happens. Then you get inside, the receptionist was not available, we had to wait a for to check in. But the rooms are great, big and neat.

My booking was cancelled before I got there, and no one communicated that with me. They had all my contact details. I only found out when I called them the day before check in. The receptionist by the name of Mpho was so rude, she told it's not a "trainsmash", she'll make a plan to book me in another Bu0026B. She never once apologised to me, instead she told me that when she called I did not answer my phone so it's my fault. She never left a voice message, never sent an email, never even sent a whatsapp message. I find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any establishment!
