If you are looking for a clean, safe, and friendly stay in Johannesburg, then look no further. Upon arrival the front desk team members will welcome you with a smile and lots of information if needed. You will find your room sanitized and exceptionally clean. Good ahead and relax in the the comfortable bed after a warm bath. If you want to start your day off strong, please take an advantage of the the hotel gym and then a hearty breakfast at the restaurant. You will find the hotel staff friendly and welcoming. Need a little shopping therapy? Look no further, the hotel shuttle will drive you to the nearby Mandela Square or the train station. You can also enjoy a short walk to shopping and restaurants if you so choose, while taking in all the beautiful scenery of the heart of Sandton.

Wonderful service - from my first step in, to my final step out. The concierge, doorman, cleaning staff were all exceptional. The hotel and room was clean, luxurious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the executive lounge and fitness centre.

We had a great stay at the hotel, starting with the friendly staff. We also got to upgrade our room to one with a view, and access to the Executive Lounge at a very affordable rate.

The hotel is within a 2km radius to Nelson Mandela Square and the Sandton City Mall and they have a shuttle every 30minutes.

I stayed here for 1 night. I found the whole experience fine. I arrived late at night, with prior notice given, and the night auditor struggled heavily to figure out my reservation and wasted significant sleep time. The hotel itself is warn and needs a remodel update. The breakfast is fine. Some staff are friendly but overall it does not live up to the price or Hilton Standard.

One of the nicest hotels I have been in Sandton. Good variety of food available, friendly staff. Would particularly thank Dr. Seego who has been a huge help in terms of my transfers and drop-offs. Aside from the grand decor, very kind and nice people turn the hotel into an even better and livelier place.

Have 2 meeting in their boardroom this month. Excellent service, wonderful decor. Everything you would expect being in Sandton. Experience went a little south when their parking ticket machine wasn't working and I was turned around at the exit boom of the parking lot and forced to head back to the concierge to sort out a simple parking ticket! Day 1 and then again on day 2! Horrible! At least the concierge wavered the fee on day 2.

The hotel has an 80s vibe and a weird energy (my room cycled between being incredibly warm and cold). My hotel card stopped working multiple times and I had to get it replaced. The WiFi is also not strong (5MB), which is really bad if you’re trying to work.

Their bartenders make strong drinks and the servers in the restaurant area are really nice.
