Honestly one of the best gums I've been to.

During peak hours, there is still plenty of available equipment. If you upgrade your black tag there's a concierge service that steam irons your clothes and they provide you with towels for your shower.

The customer service is legitimately at a strong 8/10, a big shout out to Karabo and Princess respectively who deserve some major praise in different departments. I was having a difficult time with my membership but they truly went above and beyond to assist and deal with head office customer care. Legends.

The machines here are also pretty nice, and there's an actual 150m running track that goes around the gym.

Although intimate and cozy I'm pretty sure just from the environment alone my progress is going to be exponential.

Awesome well equipped gym. Steam room and showers are clean. Change rooms neat. Equipment well maintained.

10 Stars ???? to Kaylan the new manager. I saw the difference in management immediatelyu0026 being there on a Sunday, today she was on duty. Hands on, involved, always willing smiling, ever helpful. Big difference in this place since the new management. Debbie, Lindy, Rachel ever helpful. I used to dread weekend's, staff would be chatting, never on the floor. Receptions disinterested. It's new atmosphere.

I went to the building more than ten times now and they not helping me cancel what I didn’t agree on they keep on saying they’ll call me later until now, the service I’ve received there is very low and very poor the girls don’t know how to treat all customers the same and its very pathetic how she was confident on explaining the promotions and terms and conditions to me but can’t resolve my issue that she deliberately initiated while knowing exactly what she’s doing, I’m very disappointed on the service because if it wasn’t how she signed me up, I would have been able to agree happily so if she allowed me time that I asked for but she insisted because she lack professionalism as she always angry at customers, I need my details to be removed ASAP, as I’m not owning Planet Fitness because I’ve never even touched their equipment and I don’t even know what color is their tag. Your assistance will be appreciated.

Gym is awesome with plenty of space. Busy time are 5 pm to 7 pm.
