Been returning for a number of years, last time 2017 ; unfortunately there's been a drastic fall in the service provided. Lots of little things that make the difference. Bradley(manager), did his best, but the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Examples, paid for a tour, on return reception wants payment !!?? Booked in for 1 night, on arrival stay extended, next evening locked out of room, card not activated. Shuttle ordered for airport, told that will call when arrives. Not called shuttle left??! You want more ??
