Had a wonderful stay in the surgical ward. Staff professional, friendly, caring, supportive and understanding. I especially would like to compliment sister Priscilla and male nurse Anthony for being so wonderful and kind to me. The food was pretty good too. Well done guys. This is what patient care is all about.????

I was in Surgical ward last week. I was so impressed with all the staff! From admissions, nursing, ladies taking the menu orders to the cleaning staff - they were so friendly, professional and helpful - Well Done!! I was almost sad to leave! Highly recommend this amazing hospital!!

Was recently admitted to Morningside Medi Clinic in Rivonia Road, Sandton. I'm so impressed by the staff, the doctors and the hospital facilities. Nursing staff and doctors were extremely attentive. The ward I was in was clean and the food I received was delicious. No one wants to go into hospital. Morningside Medi Clinic and its staff helped make an unpleasant experience much more bearable and I am very grateful to them. This extends to the radiology and nuclear medicine departments where I had to have various tests, scans and procedures. Thank you to all who attended to me so professionally and diligently.

Very friendly hospital. Blown away by how friendly all the staff are. If you need help with anything you can ask any staff member and they’re happy to assist.

Their processes are also very efficient and facilities top notch.

Great hospital. Good nurses and Doctors. Was well cared for in the maternity ward. Mrs Naidoo manages the ward and was extremely helpful and involved. My gynae Dr Bvuma was also great and the nurses were very kind and caring - my baby and I were safe and cared for... I would use this ward again. Thanks Mediclinic Morningside. :)

I would like to express my thanks for the services that we received from nurse Katane over the weekend of 18 June when my wife was admitted at your hospital.
Overally, my wife did not receive good services starting from the ER section and worse when she was handed over to a different doctor.

But thank God, there was an angel who was sent to assist us and explain to us in a way that we could understand and feel confident about what was happening. She managed to explain to us in a calm manner, she would come and attend to my wife for the regular checks and medication. She could leave the room with a smile and not only on her face but on my wife's face as well. We understand the job of nurses can be difficult when dealing with different people but nurse Katane is one such nurse who can manage and help patients, making sure that we understand everything, the processes and even the medication she was giving to my wife. There was still light in the tunnel and thanks to nurse Katane.

A horrific night of excruciating pain! I went into Au0026E with severe headache, fever and nausea. I told the doctors that I am a stage 4 cancer patient and on oxycodone for severe pain. They performed all the necessary checks and scans, but I had to spend the night which was the most horrific torture I have ever experienced. The doctor capped the pain medication to be administered to my daily use without considering additional pain from inflammation, and the lumbar puncture procedure that they performed. As a result I spent the entire night screaming with pain. The nurse was unable to contact any doctor to adjust my prescription. Out of desperation I asked for a hot water pack but even for that I had to beg!
