This branch has the most unprofessional staff and manager I've ever come across. They have 1 driver, who whenever you order is never available to deliver, he's always our running arrends for the store. I placed an order today for collection because I was told for the 3rd time in 3 days that the driver cannot deliver, i walked to pick up my food, while 38 weeks pregnant, when I arrived at the store 45 minutes later, I was told that my order hasn't even begun and furthermore they have no chips.. they didn't call, or find any means of communicating with me but instead waited for me to arrive at the store only to tell me that my order cannot be fulfilled...all the manager Brian could say was sorry. This manager is new to me and his service is pathetic, I've spent a lot of money at this store, and wish the previous manager was still around. I will never eat here again.

Best chips ever.

Was advised by a staff member to order from Uber Eats instead of them directly as their driver is always busy. Why can't the manager hire a second driver instead of customers paying higher prices for food on Uber Eats?
Surely this would improve service level.

Food was really good. Definitely worth it.

Got a little annoyed because it seems Uber eats gets priority over people waiting. I got the feeling my order got bumped for others. Don't think that's fair.

Stood there for 10 minutes without anyone helping me or acknowledging me. They are more focused on uber drivers. If you phone in to order you apparently also get helped before the person that has been waiting to be helped. Actually ridiculous.

I was out off Mochachos years ago, but this store redeemed the brand. The food was excellent. Well prepared and juicy. Customer service was impressive.

Loved the service at this Mochachos and the staff in the front serving are super friendly and so welcoming. And the food was exactly as requested and absolutely delish

Very disappointing branch. Tonight I walked in wanting to order something to eat, next thing the music volume in the shop was very high and almost deafening. I walked out immediately as I couldn't handle the noise levels and the cashier would have struggled to hear my order. Not sure if I will support this shop again.
