I got a nice seat in the sun on a cold morning. News Cafe has good portions and a nice selection. The only thing I don't like is the really small handle onto the cuppachino cup. I can't get my finger through it. A bit frustrating. For people who like good deals, they have a Wednesday night deal for 2, for R450. 1 bottle of wine with prawns ect. Apparently they have a dj playing there as well. So I suppose it's a great vibe.

Haven't been to newscafe in the longest time. Had a flaming Lamborghini for old times sake. It still packs a punch. The nachos were so gooood. The service was impeccable. We tried the cheeseburger spring rolls, it was just aiiite.

Amazing treat to myself for breakfast on valentines say for just R44 yummy ????. Good service, quick, fresh food and friendly stuff. Friday’s and Saturday’s it’s also the place to be just to chill and enjoy good music

I have been there at least 5 times already.The Staff are always friendly and overall service is great .The food portions are good and prices are reasonable.The layout is spacious enough if you have Covid concerns and most of all IT IS CLEAN.Wifi is available if feel like having working from home away from home .I haven't experienced the "night life" at this News Cafe but I'm sure it's great as well.I must agree with a previous review ,the coffee cup handles are too small.Just had a shakshuka today ,it's was delicious.

My time here was awesome.
Started off slow, with a few people and a bit of music playing softly in the background. After a few hours, more people started walking in; including the dj.
You can get drinks, food and hubbly here. It's a nice place.

I visited here with a few friends for my birthday and overall had a great experience. Their cocktails are well made and very pretty. There service was good our server regularly checked to see if we were doing alright.

The food and cocktails are reasonably priced and delicious and the managers and staff are friendly and accommodating. Would definitely reccomend this place
