We had a poor experience. The description of a luxury suite is a bit misleading. The check in process was confusing at the gate as we had not been given a gate code. Self check in into the unit was easy with the coded lock. The unit had a strange smell when we arrived and opening the windows or using the air conditioner didn’t make a difference.

There was no refuse bin either and the towels had on off white colour. One even had a stain! The beds were very uncomfortable. Probably time to be replaced.

In terms of technology, however, the suite is very well kitted out with Wi-Fi, DSTV and nice Smart TV.

Would describe this place a tidy, secure budget traveller’s suite. Certainly not luxury.

Perfect for long stays. Air-condition, DSTV u0026 Netflix makes it all worth it.

Right from making enquires about the apartment to making a reservation to check in and reluctantly checking out,the whole experience was so professional and it was made so easy even when i called to get some clarifications at night,the response was prompt from the host and my questions were answered.
The apartment was easy to locate,facilities are same as what u see in the pictures and they are kept very clean and i love the view from the Pent House.
The cleaner came at exact time stated to clean the room.
Security was top notch even from when u are driving in you will feel that ,proximity to a mall nearby.
It was worth every rand spent i must admit.
Will definitely recommend the apartment for anyone visiting and will surely be there again soon

The apartment is well priced, is in a good location, is modern, clean and well equipped. However when we checked in, the overwhelming stench of stale cigarette smoke inside it, in the bed linen and pillows and in the towels was absolutely disgusting. There is a house rule that smoking is permitted outside only, but clearly this is hot adhered to nor checked by the cleaning staff prior to the next guests arrival. Being a non-smoker made it even more unpleasant and I would not stay there again, unless this issue was addressed.

Very cute and cosy apartment with a luxurious feel to it. The communication between the owner and I was very well, made sure I was well informed about everything.
The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and is situated in a quiet complex. Definitely would stay here again!

From the moment we arrived the security guards were rude. No one to show you in. I mean since you don’t stay there you would think the host will meet you on the day you arrive to show you around, where everything is and how to use his tech savvy apartment.

The security guards constantly came to our door to tell us not to talk too loud (i would understand if they complained about the music.) and that we should whisper. It was a constant harassment from the security guards.

If you are looking for a place to go to with your friends for the weekend this place is a no no. Unless you do not mind whispering the whole time.

Best place that I could find to spend the night for the best price. Booking the room and communication was all very easy and efficient. The apartment had lovely, luxurious finishing touches, the bed was very comfortable to sleep on with the added bonus of being able to watch TV in bed. Was a great experience overall, will definitely stay again and can highly recommend Nova Luxury Suites!
