We had a poor experience. The description of a luxury suite is a bit misleading. The check in process was confusing at the gate as we had not been given a gate code. Self check in into the unit was easy with the coded lock. The unit had a strange smell when we arrived and opening the windows or using the air conditioner didn’t make a difference.
There was no refuse bin either and the towels had on off white colour. One even had a stain! The beds were very uncomfortable. Probably time to be replaced.
In terms of technology, however, the suite is very well kitted out with Wi-Fi, DSTV and nice Smart TV.
Would describe this place a tidy, secure budget traveller’s suite. Certainly not luxury.
