I have been a member of Rci for 13 odd years and never ever have I received such terrible service from an agent.

Although at times I have had difficulty getting through to RCI telephonically, I have been helped to find good exchanges for my saved points in RCI via the GGVC group.

The RCI website is in need of modernisation, it still has hints of web 1.0 and low res images of resorts. Not the best web experience.

But if you call their office, their service and support over the phone is excellent. I was a assisted by a knowledgeable and very helpful consultant.

Booked and cancelled a holiday on the 5th of Jan. Still waiting to be refunded despite countless calls and emails. The last call on 27 Jan was met with assurance that this would be sorted out and an apology that the representative merely FORGOT to connect with finance to reimburse us.

Additionally, I have thousands of points to use which is also incredibly challenging on their website and everything is always booked. Even for all of 2023, all WC places are booked?

Rci informed me of points expiring in January. After asking for extension due to Covid-19 lockdown not being able to travel.
They refused to extend and had no places available where we wanted to stay.
I have been a member of Rci for almost 20 years. I will use my points and cancel my membership.

RCI is a travel broker dealing with timeshare, their offices are clean, parking is safe with visibility of security and their toilets u0026 environment is clean, building based at THE CORE.

Trying to deal with RCI online and query in regard to lost points a complete waste of time. Unprofessional and unhelpful.
UPDATE: after someone finally getting hold of me it was sorted out very quickly.
