So I placed an online order for delivery - one the food took more than an hour to be delivered and I had to call them to start making the order and I didn't get what I ordered? Really bad service - they do not answer the phone either so I can't tell them not one of the 4 items i ordered are correct. Will never support them again

Linbro Park branch isn't worth it. I ordered and paid online. 3hrs later after multiple phone calls and follow ups the food hasn't been delivered although I was told the driver left with the food after an hour. You need to deal with the day online orders are handled, don't implement a system if it doesn't work

I’m highly disappointed with the branch in Linbro park, I ordered platters to be delivered at 1pm but now there’s excuse after excuse about delivery time, now my order is said to be late by 25 minutes when earlier it was said 10 minutes. I will never order here ever again. It was my first and definitely my last time!!

Such a good experience at this branch. Unlike Wynberg, where I was fed stale bread, the order came cold, and missed order notes. Furthermore the owner of that branch is nearing his death, he looked so ancient (I'm convinced he witnessed when Moses split the sea), furthermore, he couldn't even hear what I was saying, I dropped my case and told him to go rest.

At the branch in Linbro Park, I ordered a chicken mayo and cheese footlong, as well as a bacon and cheese footlong. The order did take longer than 15min-20mins, however that was because everything was made from the freshest ingredients. No need to go broke paying for extra cheese, Sandwich Baron Linbro Park are SO GENEROUS with cheese. I couldn't even take a visual of the meal as I wasted no time in sinking my teeth into the meal. The staff was so kind, order notes were followed, food came warm. I applaud you.

Normally when i order its nothing special. Ordered Banting Chicken lunch today.... Chicken is dry and tastes like chicken biltong instead. Tastes like it was cooked two days ago and then just shoved into microwave to warm up. I really have to start not wasting money on this branch. Rather go to Checkers and buy fresh food there for half the price

I'm highly disappointed with this branch of Sandwich Baron. I placed the order and I waited 2 hours for my food. I had to cancel the order. And I want my money back. Their service is really bad. When I call, they said to me that my order is on it's way. I waited another 20 minutes. The distance between Where I work and Sandwich Baron is 5 minutes drive max. I'll never order at Sandwich Baron anymore
