Our last stay at the SOHO must be the worst experience i have ever had at Sun City in 25 Years!
Your staff are rude !
At Reception the lady was short and abrupt,i had given my credit card details to central reservations 2 weeks prior to checking in and when my wife went to book in she was told that she could not book in because she hadn't paid the room in full !
I WAS ON THE GOLF COARSE AND SHE HAD TO WAIT FOR ME TO FINISH !
We then got a Luxury room on the 5th floor !
The worst bathroom design i have seen,i cannot fit in the shower without almost closing my - Thing - in the doors,i thought i was going to Bangkok !
To sit on the toilet you have to put your 1 leg under the basin so you can get on the thrown !!
Shocking !
We had little to no hot water and there were alterations on the 6th floor so during the day there was no way to take a little nap !
We were not told of these !

So all in all - terrible experience ! room - 524

Wow... Absolutely disgraceful service. A booking which should have been relatively simple got blown up into such a huge complex mess. Every time you call you speak to a different agent and have to go through the whole process again. NO feedback, NO help.

Then you try to speak to a manager, I got put through to FOUR managers, all of which don't answer their phones and you cannot leave a message due to the fact that their message box is full. So annoying. Feels like you have a Platinum membership for nothing.

I asked to be put through to the payments department and somehow myself and another angry client end up speaking to one another, HOW?? So disorganized.

Disgusting.

A must visit resort! I didn't get beautiful pics unfortunately but I'd never be able to capture the beauty of this place anyway . Rolling green lawns, artificial beach ,fun activities for the whole family and scrumptious breakfast at all hotels .

Absolutely annoyed with the Sun international accounts department !
Im forever having to pay admin fees and having my membership suspended because they haven't updated their systems - my goodness, They debit the wrong bank account and the wrong date then I must pay their admin fees! Absolutely frustrating!
