Clean room, quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful garden such serenity in the big city. Close to shopping centres, Monte Casino and workplace. Will most certainly stay here again!

One of the greatest venues for leisure u0026 hosting events. Situated in a quiet area, in Bryanston, a hidden treasure u0026 sufficient parking space. The odd decor gives you something to gossip about u0026 every room has its own theme.
The bedrooms have such a romantic atmosphere, don't make a booking if you're single Haha. What you see on the website is exactly what you'll see at the establishment.
The only critique I have is the lack of bathrooms and the distance of them.
But I would definitely recommend.

Unbelievably disappointed and what a waste of money!

We booked the executive suit. Let's say it's not executive AT ALL!! When we complained about the room the lady was cold and disinterested but gave us another room anyway. A room that upon first glance was quite nice however, the draws and the chair were broken. There were spiderwebs everywhere which makes me belive the rooms are not cleaned properly AND there was another persons hair all over the floor which I find DISGUSTING!! The bath had also been damaged but at least still worked.

The next morning when we arrived for breakfast, there was no space and the lady that had helped us the previous day had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping us which meant that the breakfast we expected, we did not end up eating and had to go to another restaurant.

If I could give this 4 star boutique hotel 0 stars I absolutely would!!!

The place is nice overall. Loved the room that I was booked in. It has lot of space and comfortable bed. Just didn't like 3 sachet of coffee in the room since am coffee lover. Their breakfast is also decent.
