Purchased a brand new vehicle and had multiple faults within the first few months. For every incident, the vehicle had to go back to the workshop almost three times to have the problem resolved. For one of the problems, it actually took them one year to have it resolved and after finally finding the fault there was no apology from them. Logged a complaint with Toyota SA, which did not help the situation. They just don’t seem to take customers problems seriously and try to cover up all the faults on the product. I also informed the CEO of Toyota and he was also not concerned. They only take you seriously if you purchase an expensive vehicle. Horrible experience will never purchase a Toyota again…
