This lovely place is situated in a gated community . Very peaceful. Upon arrival we were assisted by Thembi who was very welcoming and patient. She had our room heated upon our arrival as it was very cold. The room was very neat and tidy. It has antique interior that makes you feel like you are at a game farm. The lodge brings a sense of nostalgia from the location to the interior design. Absolutely beautiful. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny ants that were all over the place. I wish they could get that sorted. Also they didn't have complimentary bathroom items( soap, shower cap etc) also parking was rather tight.

Other than that I'd definitely come back.????

I have always booked this place because of their clean rooms (never had a complaint), pricing, convenience. It’s unfortunate that these employees now feel like they’re the owners hence they’re now treating clients with arrogance forgetting that they also work there. I was not happy, wrote a comment on Booking.com and I thought I’m writting directly to the guest lodge. The lady called my boyfriend and started attacking him asking why he made that comment, how their rates have decreased due to my comment and he must come and checkout and get a refund. Tudor is a very beautiful place but at the rate these ladies are going it will deteriorate badly. I was not happy! I am a client and I have a right to complain if I’m not happy with no one following me up and attacking me. I would never recommend anyone to go there

Not impressed at all - I had to sleep on the bed and wrap my shirt around the pillow.... need i say more
Will not go there or send any employees there either.
False advertising should be a crime

I wanted to stay there for the whole month of January (February and March if I was staying longer). I made a booking on the 17th of January, that lady did not answer, on the 20th I made another attempt, she said she'll let me know, on the 21st I reached out again to tell her if she could let me know on the 24th since I'll be traveling from Free State and need accomodation from the 1st of January.. she said she will but DIDN'T, I reach out again on the 26th she carelessly said there won't be any room available... Such bad service. No

Good pricing when we stayed. Somewhat cramped parking area. Can't comment on small rooms, but the larger ones are decently equipped. Free wifi. Friendly host.

Ohhh yes what a great place to be, good rooms , great reception, there is a nice swimming pool. And to my interest was taken by the beautiful tortoise l saw there as l love nature, the place is so relaxing the yard is all green. Good parking areas and security

The place was dirty, dust all over, blanket smelly. No consideration what so ever, no plates and spoons.

Although the furniture is very old, clean the place at least. The noise from the next room (separated window glass) unbearable. I tried to phone reception, the phone rang unattended.

If you forget the reason why you’re in business, then you won’t be in business for long.
