This is a lovely home-away-home. I have been coming here for more than seven years, sometimes for a couple of days and sometimes for a couple of months. The service here is excellent, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is great, with lots of variety. Bedrooms and bathrooms are always spotless. The atmosphere is eclectic,. They have kind of a nostalgic vibe with lots of grand old furniture pieces, paintings and carpets, but they also have all of the modern amenities such as 5G WiFi and lots of cable channels. Here and there you will find a piece of whimsy, just in case we take ourselves too seriously. Each room has its own AC/Heater unit and for the winter they have electric bed warmers. The new industrial generators keeps the power on during the inevitable periods of load shedding. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, in a gated community. It is very safe and I go out and walk the neighborhood in the morning and and at night. I always look forward to coming back!
