We had a very clean and comfortable stay overnight at this beautiful little gem. I was happy with everything, except for the shower drain which was slow to drain and so the shower filled with quite a bit of water. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms plus a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast was included. My mother and I were very happy!

I loved everything about the place their hospitality I give it 10 out of 10. The staff is friendly, I enjoyed the spa and am definitely going back. Would recommend to couples/ girls outing/ if you want to spoil your parents. We had a fun bridal shower

This was not a stay, but a revision to a previous review that I wrote, where I complained that my deposit for a conference, cancelled well in time before lockdown, had not been refunded although promised. I’m pleased to now report back that the management of the lodge have refunded my deposit in full. Although this took a long time, I’m very pleased that management took action.

I had a great stay at Villa Vittoria. The wifi is good. the staff very helpful. The room i was in did not have a safe though and the sliding transparent glass door allows one to see the inside when outside. Overally the place is good

Very beautiful and accommodating last minute booking and no fuss at all. Much appreciated and the front desk staff were awesome. Our room was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Thank you again and I would recommend this venue any time.

Chef took about 2 hours to prepare my dinner this evening, it was lamb chops, so nothing fancy. My ordered sauce was also only ready after I finished my meal.
The WiFi has not been working for two days now regardless of reporting it multiple times.
Room is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly.

I did not stay. I booked for a conference. This conference was cancelled within plenty of notice period per Villa Vittoria's cancellation policy. I was promised a refund by end of March. I am still waiting. Villa Vittoria is very good at ignoring me, very bad at keeping their commitments.
