This was just too delish! The most fluffy gorgeous scrambled eggs! The view just added to it all! Great service from friendly waiting staff! Great venue for a small function.... Like a Christening or birthday tea!

My first time. They did not have some of the food on the menu. They asked if they could substitute the salmon with Franschhoek trout. The salad was amazing. Will definitely come back again. Service a bit slow, but we were not in a hurry.

Nice place, it has a lot of potential of course but we went their for Mother's Day breakfast and apart from not getting our booking right and embarrassing my son in law who wanted to treat me and his wife, they were completely overwhelmed and unprepared. We had to wait very long for our food and it ended up being lunch, rather than breakfast. Maybe they will get it right next year. I will go there again when it is not some special event or day, and see if I want to change my mind about the place, as my daughter and her husband were very impressed with the place from a previous experience, and that is why they wanted to go there for Mother's Day again.

Convenient location between Stellenbosch and Somerset West. Tasty breakfast but portions on the small side.

The place had a very nice view from all angles so you wouldn't have a seat that didn't have a nice view. Really friendly waiters that were super attentive to your needs. The only thing that was a little off putting was the exorbitant prices. You wouldn't easily find anything too nice for under R100, unless you come for a quick desert and a milkshake. Other than that, the food was good, not really anything to write home about but good nonetheless; the carrot cake was a little dry and the surprise cheesecake didn't really surprise me that much, the straws were a bit too thin for the milkshakes they served but I managed. Would visit again

Food was great, but a bit pricey, however the staff's enthusiasm and helpfulness made up for it. Great for kids and couples.

Very slow service, then the bill was brought without us asking for it, we still had unfinished drinks and no one actually asked if we were done ordering. Felt like they were trying to get rid of us which is strange as the restaurant wasn’t even full. And seeing as they charge more for a carrot cake then some breakfasts I also can’t see that us taking up a table to have cake would be an issue. I was also informed by the waiter that the manager had informed him to bring us the bill. Just doesn’t make for a pleasant or relaxing experience.
