Really amazing array of products, and priced better than the usual chains. Definitely something for every age, budget, and every child's interests. The staff made the experience so great for my daughter, I could never have left empty handed. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. It's quite close to the root 44 market. Will pop by whenever I drive through stellenbosch again.

Toy Planet is AMAZING!!! The owner has been generously donating toys and providing other support for our Stellenbosch based NGO @oneheartforkids for over a year now! I would like to express my utter disappointment of how I was treated when I tried to visit your shop this evening.

I got to the centre and shop at about 17:45 to closed doors. The shop is meant to close at 6pm according the times provided by centre management and online.

The lady eventually came to the door advising they close at 6pm but closes the door beforehand as she need to leave the key at the pharmacy.

Her facial expression was so arrogant, unwelcome and unfriendly and I told her that to her face as we left, but I could not even have a moment to browse. I already had a gift in mind as I phoned the shop earlier this week to enquire stock availability and was set on collecting it this evening.

I ask of you to kindly address this as this is not what I expected when visiting your shop.

I know everyone is tired this time of the year, but that still does not suffice for a reason to be blatantly arrogant. Especially to paying clientele.
