Great venue for kids and adults. The play area is massive with lots of play area for toddlers and older kids. There is good space and plenty of seating, so you are not bumping into others. The food is fantastic, with great prices.

This place offers a good variety for adults and kids. They have a winning combination but the service levels needs to be taken to the next level. There is loads of entertainment and fun for a kids day outing. The food is average a bit pricey.

A touch and go 3 star overall, but being in a festive mood, having had some decent wine, I decided to be generous.

A beautiful venue, but food is below par and the service was OK on a very quite afternoon.

14pax for three course lunch and one raved about a dish, the pasta. When a medium rare steak is killed and oxtail is tough, then something needs to drastically change in the kitchen.

PS: Been a while since I had snails. These were well prepared and delicate. The garlic was a little to light for my liking.

Do not waste your time or money going to Eaglevlei. It is an absolute shocker. It has the weirdest set up with its Cafè. You buy a pizza and get a bottle of 2012 red wine plus another glass to make up the 'free one litre' special. You may not use the glass on the grass and have to fetch a plastic cup from the children's play station. Table only fit 4 people and seats are broken. In two and half hours never say one staff member. Empty pizza boxes and glasses piled up on table around us. Smokers sit at the table next to you. No signage about smoking. It is almost as if the owners have checked out and want the place to go broke. Plenty of better options within 5 minutes drive around you. Sorry this one is a fail.

Nice playpark area for the kids but I just found it a. massive oversight that as a child friendly venue there are no child friendly toilets.

Also didn't spot a changing or feeding room of any kind for babies.

Contemporary estate experience for the whole family. Superb undercover children's activity area that boasts massive jungle gym and other fun things to keep young folk happy and safe from the elements. Well priced and varied menu. Great quality. Ribs a winner. Next time; I'll try the eisbein. Will definetly return with the crowd of house friends.

Amazing place great views definately will visit again huge huge sports screen and movie night. I ate the chicken cordon bleu was super tasty
