Thank you so very much for my terrible order and service. Asked for Ice tea, got cream soda. Half of my cold chips are missing, asked for no pickles, but guess who got extra pickles. Everything was wet. The delivery paper bag was completely soaked and everything fell through the bag as I went back inside after pickup. This happens way too often. My expectations were not high at all, but I expected better than this. At least the person who delivered my food was nice.

Very very disappointed, I paid extra to get the large meal. It arrived and the chips box is barely half full. Extremely disappointing as I have ordered from this store before and it has usually been good. Barely Any chips and they are cold.

This specific McDonalds has left me disappointed time after time. Some aspects are good. The fries are always fresh, but other food items are always lacking. 90% of the time they are out of stock when it comes to promotional items. The machines don’t always work with the McDonald's app. Service is also lacking, with a lack of staff at the front desk at times, with orders just sitting out front getting stale. Staff seem to be uninformed with how the Mcdonalds app works, since one crew member told me to reinstall the app after one of my offers that uses points never went through. At the end of the day I never got those points back, what a shame.

Asked for a cheese burger without any sauce. When the burger was given to my daughter only the bun was in the wrapping, added with alot of tomato sauce.

Eikestad McDonalds, service is good but the end result is always the worst. Soooo disappointed!

They never ever have ice coffee in the flavour u want. Just caramel and sometimes the don't make ice coffee they will tell u you must order sodas. Always never ever have chilly cheese fries. There is forever people (bergies) disturbing u inside the shop. No air-conditioning-extremely hot inside the shop.

Waited 35min for my food. Cashier looked like she was about to kill me. Card machines don't work. BP Macci Ds for life
