I have eaten at a lot of OB before, but this branch was NOT up to standard.
- we entered the restaurant no one was there to greet (only 1 table occupied with customers)
- we walked in, right through to the bar at the end, no manager greeted, no one even took notice of us besides 1 guy in his private clothes who then took us to a table. Gave us the menu, changed into his uniform and took our order. The waiter really tried his best to give us a super service.he did get tipped well.
-as I said only 1 other table, when our food arrived it was cold.
-2 managers on shift, but half of the tables not set, even after 40 min no one really did anything including managers who drank coffee watching sports or on their cell phones.
-after dinner I went outside for a smoke, waiters then stood and waited to greet customers, however he was playing with his phone while bringing customers to the table
-everything was untidy unorganized and just not pleasant. Food not to Ocean basket standard.
Clearly a management problem !! Very disappointing dinner.
