Best hotel in uMhlanga by acres. The breakfast is great and the owner is a very nice and hospitable person. The staff are very kind and everyone enjoys humor. Breakfast is the best I’ve had in ages. Everybody should come here. Compared to what you get, prices are dirt cheap. Suites are clean and comfortable. Everything is flexible and easily adjusting to fit needs better. Will be coming back to the best Bu0026B in South Africa.

I am starting to wonder if the stellar reviews for this place are fake...

The place is rundown. There is no security present. Staff come and go very early. The owners were not present on site. There are maintenance issues within the property.
It is on a very abandoned and unsafe feeling part of Umhlanga.

It is definitely not worth the price. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

Our stay was at Kingston Place was amazing. The owners and staff were kind, friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home. They were accommodating, warm and welcoming and considerate to our needs. The location is very close to Umghlanga’s main beaches and promenade as well as all the shops and restaurants. Air con in the rooms and pool made gave us relief from the Durban summer heat. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning with sea views a relaxing atmosphere made out holiday special. Will be back again!

I can't really think of anything negative about the place (or is that because I'm just a 17 year old?) Nonetheless, as we teens would say, the place was pure awesomeness. My family and I booked into the guesthouse last year during the Christmas season. We stayed in the apartment for about 5 days with a beautiful view of the ocean ahead though the beach itself was a little distance away. The guesthouse also included breakfast (at a separate fee) that my family and I devoured every day of our stay. Compliments to the chefs by the way. The couple owning the establishment were wonderful. The staff too as well as our neighbors in their own ways - let's not forget our tailed friends and literally their monkey business. Overall, I enjoyed myself. Anybody staying there is guaranteed to think more or less the same. Keep it up!

Me and my fiance visited this guesthouse and received great service upon arrival. Rooms were clean and spacious, guest house is very clean and a nice breakfast is included in the price. Nice quiet area, very relaxing.

The guesthouse is not too far from the beach, and it has a sea view. Very reasonably priced, you would not be disappointed.

The guesthouse offers free Wifi and also has a big swimming pool. Safe parking on the premises.

Wonderful and peaceful place, customer friendly staff and owners. Amazing breakfst and high speed internet access.
