Amazing Hotel!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and welcoming. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. It was my wife's birthday and they did a fantastic birthday turndown gift with decorations!! absolutely beautiful.

If there were more stars to select from I would. I booked for myself and my parents for the duration of the Comerades Marathon, and they made sure we were happy on arrival, making phone calls to get specific requirements before hand and also made sure we were resting well and had everything we needed. There staff were on hand to assist us and avoid us doing any unnecessary walking or moving around. The food was absolutely amazing including the 01:00 breakfast they prepared for all the runners.

Everything was so convenient and made the experience hassle free which every person let alone runner wants. The less we have to take care of, the more focused we can be.

I was also able to bring my parents there who were both over the age of 60 and sometimes very fussy, every staff member went out of their way to make sure my parents were well looked after and always helped them get to what they wanted, whether it be a food choice or an easy access point or even some new entertainment... The Capital staff were exceptional and for that I will forever be grateful and not hesitate to book them for any of my Durban stays.

Look forward to visiting you guys again soon and as soon as the dates are set for Comrades next year, you will have my annual booking.

Clean, great staff and service. Superb location. Giving the 4-stars because it doesn't seem like they ever clean under the bed and being a hotel at a beach, there is no place to dry your swimwear when returning from the beach. Shower pressure and temperature regulation need improvement.

Excellent apartment hotel.. we opted for complimentary breakfast and the food was really good with lot of variety. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are clean and well equipped. Beach view rooms are excellent. Swimming pool was clean and they have a beautiful terrace. Beach is at a walking distance. There is a lovely mall where you can go by using the hotel lift. Restaurants and good joints all are closeby on the same street. Overall we had a very good stay

I don't even know where to begin..okay let's start with the location. The hotel is inside the mall,inshort you can't be found wanting . It's 200m away from the beach,literally you are at the beach.The hotel itself now..it's homely..you have everything you need.The staff is welcoming and always willing to go extra mile..Now let's talk about Mr Naidoo the GM.He is extraordinary, rubbing shoulders with him was such an immense pleasure.I am grateful. Thank you so much.
