The most reliable, safe and professional cab company! Travelled with them frequently on many late nights, and being a young female I felt really safe and secure. The drivers are really compassionate and always ensuring that I am well. Cars are clean and neat. Always on time to fetch me. Absolutely excellent service and will recommend everyone to use UCABS/Umhlanga Cabs for all transfers and tours! Used their services in Joburg and Cape Town too. Excellent service!!!!

I've used Ucabs on a few occasions to travel and really found the service pretty impressive. The drivers were on time, sometimes early, very courteous, friendly. Really made my commute quick u0026 fun! Found that they could even refer me to spots/ events that I was interested in - which is of great use. I would recommend this to friends and family to use for easy, reliable and all round good service!

Used Ucabs when I needed to fetch my child from school for a couple of day with our helper. Was a bit apprehensive in never using a cab before for such a request and wasn't going to take a chance with one of the app companies. I must say that from the time we interacted with their office to make the booking to the days the driver got there and safely transferred our precious one, we were highly impressed by their professionalism, care and attitude. They also called on us to check which was a plus. Felt important to let others know of our experience with Ucabs as we will be using them again. Cheers

Found Umhlanga Cabs to be professional from the time we made our booking to when their drivers did the pick-up on both occasions. Some in our group did two tours with them too, a city tour where they got to experience a local bunny chow and the Hluhluwe safari-we didn't get to see all the big five but 3 of the big ones which made this trip(a long one) worthwhile. Can definitely recommend them for their personal touch and professionalism.
