Excellent to the highest level - food, ambience, and service. Kudos to the chef for the exquisite taste of food. I would come here anytime even if there’s no occasion to celebrate. I truly had the best dining experience at The Grill Room.

PS. Dress code is smart casual.

A truly special dining experience at one of Durban's finest hotels. The service is excellent with special attention to detail. The food is well thought out, but beware, the prices are steep. The chocolate brownie dessert is out of this world good!

There should be a 6th star for this experience. The food was amazing. The service and staff friendly and accommodating to our every need. But to me the tiny little extras and attention to detail makes it so special. Will highly recommend for special occasions

An extravagant experience at The Grill Room. Loved every moment. They leave nothing amiss to make sure your reservation is one of a kind. Excellent food u0026 staff! Must visit.

The Grill room is definitely fine dining at it's best.5 Star hotel with a five star restaurant. Grilled prawns and Beef fillet steak are my favorite dishes. Management and staff formally dress gives excellent service and ambience.
