Absolutely poor service from staff went two days in a row to see the person that deals with engraving , on births days told the lady at reception we would be back at 2pm , both days the person doing the engraving had to go out . So seems to me they are doing so well they dont need the business.

This bussiness in running on excellent sound morals. The staff care about their clients and are proud on the work and service that they deliver. Highly recommenfed service and the best prizes. The atmosphere is calm and collected.
