Nice setup, but attention to detail needed. Beds are as hard as concrete. Shower pressure very low. Coffee supplied in rooms are not of decent standard. (Ricoffee)

The place quite nice, quiet during the day and night, nice relaxing area.

The downside is the house keeping, they never changed my pillow cases, sheets and towels for an entire period of four days during my stay with them. They could do better also with the food. They don't take note of your requirements on the booking slip. It becomes your job to tell them what you eat and not eat while it's clearly stated on your special requirements.

Blue Crane became my home away from for 9-10 months.
A superb little gem in the Goldfields!
Hanna and Michelle are the best hosts. Their culinary skills are legendary, dinner time was always a pleasant surprise, home cooking with a subtle surprises ????????????.
Rooms are spotlessly clean, bathrooms impeccable, and your privacy is respected.
I would highly recommend Blue Crane any day.
Keep up the great service dames!

the bed i slept in was bad. i could actually feel the spring of the bed. the pillows are too soft they need to be changed. there were sweet wraps under the bad and dust on the window seal.
Do you actually change the linen after one has slept there as i could smell the fragrance of someone else. Lastly Employ a Professional Chef please as i asked for medium egg and got well done and the chicken pops were too hard..we all dont like eating oil in every food. Apart from that the place is good. i will come back again definately.

I took a chance called late and the lady was very pleasant, gave me an awesome room and a great breakfast the next morning.

The place is quiet, peaceful and really a great place to stay. Thanks

Overnight stay, was satisfactory. Although if you share a room with colleagues you don't have privacy with see through bathroom walls...
