Friendly and welcoming staff. Shisha equipment was not clean and sanitary. After charging their clients an exorbitant amount for the Shisha, the least Capello can do is ensure that their Shisha equipment is clean.

The aircon doesn't work,quite disappointing for a place that gets crowded. The hand dryers in the male bathroom hasn't been working for over a year now,don't start with the urinal. The owner is also rude and treats his staff like trash in front of customers, what an unpleasant human being

The waiters are super slow please provide training.
The manager needs to fix the hookah situation. 3 people cant share one pipe.
Also please put a speaker at the outside area. Thank
