The service at Macdonalds was quite good at the drive through, staff were friendly but the thing that makes me not want to go back is their lack of security. There are plenty of people standing I'm the drive through asking for money and disturbing people who want to be left alone and they refuse to take no for an answer. I would suggest something gets done about this before they lose clients

I did not enjoy my experience here. At all! The staff member who served me was rude and impatient. She had the nerve to tell me that she wants to knock off and that I'm wasting her time because I didn't make my order at the speed that she desired. I wanted to try out the burger that was on special and instead of her answering my question about the new burger she snapped and let me know that she wanted to leave.

I understand that she might have had a long day at work. But what she could have done was ask someone else to take over the order instead of snapping at me.

Worst McDonald's service experience EVER!!!
So it's Sunday, 10 April 2022 at about 16:00. We had promised our kids a Happy meal. We are at the ordering window and the very rude lady assumed we would pick the cheese burgers for the kids. I then said, no they want chicken. She said she had already picked the cheese burgers. So I said, please cancel that and make it chicken. First she mumble something in on of the African languages. Then she refused to change it. We drove off... she must have canceled the entire order after we left, because that was probably less effort than giving your customers what they ask for. . If you don't understand costomer service, please quit your job.

The staff is really rude. The lady that was assisting me made a mistake with my order and blamed it entirely on me. I understood that I might not have been very clear with order but if there was anything she didn't understand she should have asked me.

I went to the Macdonald's drive through and I swiped for my order but I was told that the card declined, yet the money deducted from my bank account. The lady assisting me told me that it would bounce back within the night and I once again swiped for the order but this time, using my wife's card. I went back to the restaurant the following day, as my money didn't bounce back. I requested to speak to the manager, who was not helpful at all with the issue. She in fact blew me off as if it was a waste of her time and told me that the money would bounce back during the week. I then proceeded to call customer care on Monday 28 March. I later received an sms from them stating that they logged a call for me and I also got a reference number. To this day I haven't received my money back and no one has called me with an update as to what is happening. I have sent customer care two emails already and still nothing! Absolutely pathetic service!!!

The staff is extremely rude. Asked to change the order and was condescendingly spoken to. The manager was just as complicit and didn't try to de-escalate the situation or treat us as patrons of the business.

As the other reviews have stated, the staff is rude. Please do something about this.

This McDonald's has great and speedy service. The food is always tasty and I always know exactly what to expect when I eat here. I've tried the new McDonald's-App as well, the staff assisted me with a smile - no issues whatsoever! My personal favorite is the BigMac meal with a Sprite! I almost always have one of these. The milkshakes are also great tasting and creamy. The in-house dining area is always clean and tidy. I would recommend this take-away anytime of the day!
